G1341C
G1341C is usually seen in the fall on municipal vacuum trucks where it is used to remove leaves and debris from plugged storm drains. It is constructed of a special material that combines the advantages of rubber and PVC, with features such as light weight, good abrasion resistance, good low temperature flexibility, and the ability to dissipate static electricity. Though most visible on leaf suction trucks, this hose is often used for conveying abrasive materials such as, grain, sand, gravel, cement, and crushed rock. For lighter duty applications where greater flexibility is required, we offer G1340C—a lighter version hose with similar construction and properties. G1340C is often used for grain vacuum service.
CONSTRUCTION : black, abrasion resistant thermoplastic elastomeric material supported by a thick, rigid PVC helix
INTERIOR : smooth, abrasion and mild chemical resistant thermoplastic elastomeric material
TEMPERATURE RANGE : -40 °C (-40 °F) to 70 °C (158 °F)
